Should a 120 pound 5 foot tall 18 year old girl lose weight? I'm technically not overweight by BMI, but I feel as though I look very chubby. I'm an apple shape so a lot of my fat is stored in my arms, boobs, and tummy.

Do you think this is an attractive weight still? Or should I drop to 100 or so.. I can post other pics that show my proportions better (standing up, no sports bra) I'd just have to edit them. Also I have 0 ass at all, so I feel like being a little chubbier makes me look more out of proportion? Idk.. What BMI range is considered attractive or perfect for girls?

I'm 5ft6 and about 115lbs so I'd suggest for you to lose some weight and gain some muscle, although everyone has different body ideals and goals, just think slim and toned looks best. :)

Solid advice, I love running but lifting is such an acquired taste. It's hard cause I feel like I don't see results at all and then I wonder if I'm just doing it all wrong somehow.

yeah dam, yoou need some work, like the others said, try losing 10-20 lbs, at the 10lbs mark you should notice a big difference, better yet yeah at your height of 60inches you'd look great at 100lbs, youd be hot as fuck

Lose weight and lift weights. You can probably give yourself a bit of an ass with the appropriate exercises. Best of luck.

OP You look alright. Seems like all you really need to do is drop some bodyfat. You don't really need to "lose weight" in the typical sense. Just cut down a little bit.

Eat lots of protein, lift heavy, Eat at a 300-500 calorie deficit, that's really it.

Honestly OP you're lucky. Most girls that are wondering if they should lose weight are like 140 +. If you want to reach your physical peak, and since you're a woman, lose like 10 pounds and your bf% will be ideal. I l I'llost 15 from bulking season from eating at a calorie deficit and an hour on the treadmill at 6.5 --> 4 and switch every 2 minutes so that's definitely something you can do. You really don't need to lift. I mean, you can lose the weight and see how you look after. As long as you don't have a cellulite booty, you'd be good. I just like skinny girls preferably so I don't really care. But other anons might say otherwise. But yeah you'll be good don't worry. Just work off the weight.

What you can do, if you're good with your workouts and get 4 - 7 runs in a week, 30 - 60 minutes and burn atleast 250 calories per, have a cheat day. Fuck it. Get a poutine, bake some cookies. Don't just do situps or ab workouts if you have belly fat. You need to keep working out everywhere because fat will slowly come off overall, not just in specific areas

I'm female, 5 foot 4, and 113 lbs. You should lose weight to be quite honest familia. Just focus on hitting TDEE (count calories, start really focusing on what you eat).
Start with this:
no soda, no candy, no nutella, no cake, no cookies. okay, a few times a week you can cheat, but know that it's an exception.
only drink coffee, green tea, and water.

i lost ten pounds in like 2 months with no exercise just doing this. wasn't super strict about diet either, just made sure to eat within healthy parameters.

don't make excuses for yourself, be a bit hard on yourself also.
