Fat can come and go quickly. Very quickly. People just usually lack the dedication. If you eat nothing but a vitamin and essentials you can lose around a pound or two of fat per day. Muscle takes ages to build, so if you have muscle and then suicide cut yes you can look like that guy.

Losing fat is a lot easier than building muscle.
