What's a Veeky Forums lifestyle for someone who's not into dating?

Getting over my screen addiction, want to replace it with healthy shit. Worked out for 45 minutes today as a start.

Cocoon mode.

Many people who aren't in the dating scene lift.

Just pick what you like, be it lifting weights, cardio, calisthenics, a sport, or something that just makes you sweat in general.

If you want an A E S T H E T I C body, just lift weights.

Sit in a dark room wondering if masturbating to trap porn makes you gay in between making your 4+ scoop shakes

Pretty much where I'm at.

I have that covered (read the sticky), but despite working out I just wind up back here for several hours mindlessly dicking around.

Maybe take up novel reading or something? I don't know.

Those wasted trips

Cocoon mode..

>Maybe take up novel reading or something? I don't know.

ok but if you're just gonna replace one nonphysical activity for another what's the point? who are u trying to impress?

just lift and dont eat like a retard and do whatever else you want that doesnt impact those two things jesus this isnt difficult

...

I would advise that you go ahead and look for a job, make a little money and be out there in the world.

>how to gain autism and crippling social anxiety: the guide
Dating is not non-physical.

Coitus is the most physically stimulating all body workout ever lad.
>lifting a hundred pound body in the air with one hand as you pump your torso
>not good excersize

I'm 23

is it too late to go cocoon mode?

Cocoon mode is a meme made by NEET losers to feel better about their worthless selves.

Social skills are like gainz, use them or lose them.

I disagree.

I went into cocoon mode on my own last summer without even hearing of the meme. Read like 8 books including Gatsby and The first few Game of Thrones books and was at my peak in terms of social abilities and overall physical fitness.

Have myself a cute little gf now and still lifting. You only turn autistic if you allow yourself to become autistic.

>Dating is not non-physical.

novel reading is not dating

don't worry user, traps are 100% straight.

...

>entire summer
>8 books
I read that many books in a fokin week lad.

100% true. Cocoon mode is hard, but it also doesn't kill your social gainz. Only makes them better since you are bettering yourself.

After my gf of 6 years left me I went through a depressive cocoon mode where I did nothing, and then an alcoholic mode where I was out every night, occasionally fucking sloots and being a total dumbass.

Recently I went into a "good" cocoon mode, last 3 months or so, better body, better mind, more money. Went out last week with some girls I know and the conversation were the same if not better, especially from the added attention.

You seem to forget that Veeky Forums isn't Veeky Forums.

I'm trying to read more. I'm a big Grateful Dead fan, and I love reading their lyrics and making sense of some of them. I listen to a concert a day and whatnot. That's one of my hobbies, if that's a hobbies. So to expand upon this interest, I decided to buy "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" by Ken Kesey. I plan on getting Tom Wolfe's "Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test" eventually.
In the meantime, I'll be ordering myself a set of jack stands for my car and teaching myself to do everything.

>being worried about "homo" or "no homo"

nothing gay about being turned on by femininity and other men emasculating themselves
