I can eat 50 eggs.

sometimes 0, sometimes 47, i doubt there is "too much", comes down to how your body responds to that intake of cholesterol,

personally i haven't been to the doctor in 13 years so I wouldnt know if my cholesterol is high or not

Gaston pls

>start eating 4-6 eggs daily because muh Veeky Forums diet
>get bloodwork done
>doc says cholesterol is lower than last time (a year ago)

I have no fucking idea how many eggs I should (or shouldn't) be eating. They're just relatively easy to prepare and they taste good.

Dietary cholesterol intake is only a problem for the small portion of the population it effects. Eat em until your heart stops and then slowly reduce ur intake.

4 eggs every morning, with two slices wheat toast.
Seriously easy mode gains.

how do you cook 'em?

Scrambeled, after I moved my already cooked bacon to the side of the pan

If you naturally have high cholesterol, eggs aren't recommended or kept at very low quantities.
However, eggs also contain HDL cholesterol, which is the healthy one. HDL actually helps to reduce LDL cholesterol. But of course, too much HDL isn't good either.

>try to cook omlette
>time to flip seids
>oh shit nigger
>well burnt scrambled eggs it is
every fucking time brehs

I just crack egg yolks to 1 cup of yolks then mix with 1 cup of milk and drink that.

Every day.

buy a t-fal nonstick pan

I poach a dozen eggs every morning and eat them with a gallon of milk for breakfast.

For lunch I have a 16oz steak of beef or goat.

For dinner I have 16oz of bacon and another gallon of milk.

What food is this? Looks tasty as fuck

Usually eat 2 eggs/day on average.

about 30-40 a week

This and maybe lower the heat

lold

0.
Eggs Are disgusting so any number of them is too much.
All i eat is one whole chicken, bowl of salad, cup of nuts and an fruit everyday

I eat 42.

Ever since I've gotten Veeky Forums I fucking love eggs. Never touched them before lifting unless there was nothing else to eat in the house.

Nice dude. Maybe add a couple of potatoes to your lunch for dem micros

>two gallons of milk a day

m8 pls...

3 daily.

are you permanently constipated?

I fry up 3 every morning. (Coconut oil used ofc)

Not the op, but I also like to eat ketoish and never feel constipated. Fiber may be overrated, I don't know

6 a day. Scrambled eggs and sugar free syrup have become my favorite food it never gets old.

There's no way you're serious.
>goat
I chuckled.

>wanna eat eggs
>excited for eggs so I pick 4
>tap egg a little too hard
>cracks in my hand and spills all over the counter

At least 1 a day, maybe 2 just for breakfast tho. So about 9 I'd say. Poached is great and good with fried and salted asparagus but a pain to boil up some water for an egg. I usually get it with some Pam spray.

Alright cool hand luke.

I dont because theyre full of PUFAs. I get my cholesterol from seafood, most are much less fatty. Though the main benefits of eggs are their biotin content since its pretty much the only dietary source that can provide the RDA. I take biotin pills instead, getting pretty good results.

>the "I avoid PUFAs" meme

Hahaha, retard.

>current year
>not knowing the reseaech on pufas

enjoy your heart disease, diabetes, etc.

None of which are substantiated, you idiot. So much for your "research", huh?

I ate two eggs a day in the morning with cheese and green vegetables
> doing this since I was 17
> 21 now
Go to doctor every 6 month , for mandatory checkup
Everything good so far

currently eating 8 eggs a day, some cheap high quality protein breh

4 eggs a day which adds up to 28 a week, plus a couple more that come as ingredients in other dishes.

>try to crack hard boiled egg to prove my superior grip strength
>egg explodes errrrrrvery whurrrrr

> I eat like shit but I'm still alive and that's evidence enough.

> falling for the teflon meme

Eggs are 66% calories from fat, nice "protein" you got there

1 egg is too much

Why ain't nobody taking the yolks out though? That's where the shitty stuff is, right ?

>Best biological value
>Best Protein effiency
>Best net protein utilization
>Best protein Digestability
>Bad

I wonder who am i gonna believe in, you or the national institutes of health.

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3905294/

2 cooked eggs everyday, with the egg yoke

>Source from 2004
>biological fucking value
>PDCAAS
The most cutting edge protein rating system is DIAAS, and dairy is superior to eggs under DIAAS.

In addition, your post has nothing to do with what I wrote. 66% calories from fat means that eggs are a terrible source of protein, they're primarily a source of fat, unless you toss the yolks which is incredibly expensive.

8 eggs a day, raw and mixed with a scoop EACH CMON

I eat 14 eggs, sometimes more if we include baked goods like the cakes I make.

>teflon is invented by the government and the jews for birth control
Alex Jones, pls go

>Perfect aminoacid profile
>Dietary cholesterol does NOT have an effect on your blood levels
>Can be cooked in multiple ways and goes well with almost any other food

If you're not eating eggs you are actively fighting against making it.

2 whites and 3 whole eggs a day.
Omelette or poached with cottage cheesee

I tried adding eggs to my oats but it tasted like shit

I'm on a cut btw

>>Dietary cholesterol does NOT have an effect on your blood levels

yes it does

>>Dietary cholesterol does NOT have an effect on your blood levels

>Although dietary cholesterol raises plasma cholesterol levels (15), observational evidence for an association of dietary cholesterol intake with CVD is contradictory (16).

>There is no requirement for dietary cholesterol and it is advisable to keep the intake as low as possible (2). If intake of dairy fat and meat are controlled, there is no need to severely restrict egg yolk intake, although some limitation remains prudent.

fuck off shill

an eggsponential amount

usually 5-6 a day..

To be fair, Gaston eats that much per day

I used to weigh 220-230 lbs

140 at my lowest

3 eggs for breakfast daily with whole grain toast

otherwise steak/chicken breast/tuna/vegetables/rice during the day

yeah, eggs are fine.

50-60 per week

am an athlete

bloodwork is pristine

I hope you guys are kidding. 40-50 a day is waaay too much.

6-7 a day

I've had 3 eggs in my fridge for the last two weeks. I wanted to make dark chocolate creme brulee but I got lazy. What should I do with my three eggs?

>24 grams protein, 280 calories
Not that much, I still eat em sometimes.

read the op you tard

Here's a quick way to enjoy eggs if you're in a rush
>hardboil 3-4 eggs
>peel and chop up in a cup
>add a lick of butter
>grind some salt and pepper over it
>enjoy

In a rush to get heart disease maybe

I think you'll find he eats five dozen, i.e. 60

how's that 40kg deadlift coming along, bub?

i eat 5 eggs per day. so 5x7= 35 eggs.

>ctrl+f "cholesterol
>17 results

Every fucking time. Do some basic research.

How is hard boiling and peeling 3 eggs any faster than just cooking them??

is that why he died?

Why the fuck would you go to a mandatory check up if you're healthy? Why would a doctor even do that.. it costs so much time for literally nothing.. what do they even do at this mandatory check up?

Scramble them, eat them

5 scrambled eggs every morning. Sometimes with onions, peppers and mushrooms. Some meat and fruit to go with it. This mornings breakfast was around 850 kcals.

Edit to add- my last cholesterol test was 178.
