Would I get good results from body weight as female? (5" if that helps)

Also pic related user are you here? I have a few questions but that thread is dead

He said this was his routine bht did he mean he did it everyday?

bump

What does the F mean?

Four scoops

to failure

You mean yoga?

Yes. The kind of results girls should have.

Rules for girls: don't be fat. Do yoga.

why does he only do arms?

Respect

>No crunches
>No leg-raise
>Nothing for the back other than pull-ups

I mean yah, you can achieve pretty good results with bodyweight routine but I recommend looking up full workouts. I'm personnally doing convict conditionning and I always recommend it on here
currently doing nothing for the legs though as my wide hips and big thighs are the bane of my self-confidence
Pull ups and chinups work your back.

I mean would it "tone me up"
Because I'm flabby

>tone
THERE IT IS
Put down the fork, count your calories, and read the fucking sticky

this is shit m8. just do regular dips and fuck that to failure stuff. reps and sets. holy shit

I'm not going to lift

Yep. All I do is bodyweight plyometrics and my legs have never been bigger.

The ONLY area I have had trouble working without weights is the pecs.

Post body

then stay mad fatty

>Crunches
Enjoy that slipped disk
>Convict Conditioning
You should have lead with that

Do super wide pushups, especially declines. Put your arms out as far as you can, so you can only pull your elbows into like a 75-80 degree angle. Try put all the effort into your chest, you'll see results.

i'm either retarded or have some muscle imbalance or both.

when i do chin ups i feel it all in the biceps and abs. when i do pull ups it's biceps, forearms, and abs. i don't really feel exertion in the back or sides. i'm not really sure why my core activates either. if i consciously try to relax, it starts out relaxed at the bottom half of the motion and then contracts as i'm closer to the top.

(i'm 5'6" 105lb if that changes the mechanics of things.)

post legs

PLS RESPOND

go read the sticky then do pic related

is definitely not a female workout, why would a female want to work nothing but back and arms

kek

What do I do then
