What is your main source of protein?

I usually eat around 2-3 eggs a day, but soon I'm going to be receiving 15 kg of deer meat from my hunter friend, so I'll probably be eating that for a while. What do you eat to stack up on proteins?

Where live?

So you're eating about 20g protein a day?
what the fuck OP

milk proteins

>eggs 6-8/day
>chicken breast 1/day
>striploin steak 1/day
>24 oz whole milk/day
>2 scoops whey/day

random stuff like almonds, brazil nuts, lentils, chickpeas, etc...

I aim for 180g/day

Eggs
Beef
Chicken
Pasta
Oats
Beans/Lentils
Wheat Bread

this ain't rocket science

Low fat sausages and turkey roast

You're not eating nearly enough protein OP.

Unfortunately, my main source of protein is from Whey. Powder, bars, greek yogurt, etc. I do get some from eggs and meat but Whey gives me more than that. I need to learn to cook.

I also eat nuts and yoghurt throughout the day and drink lots of milk

Norway

I I guess I need to clarify: I don't rely on eggs at all for my protein, but I eat them because they have protein in them. I also drink lots of whole milk, eat yoghurt and snack on nuts throughout the day. I also often cook fish for dinner.

Just count that shit and ensure you're around 1g/lb. That's the golden rule afterall

Ive been grilling a lot of steak for summer. I eat about a pound of ribeye almost daily, its pretty legit. Nice burst of 70-80g protein.

The rest comes from milk and whey.

6-12 eggs a day - chicken - Greek yogurt - nuts - protein powder - beans

>2-3 eggs a day
>main source of protein
that's very little protein.

Check my responses -OP

Four scoops and an el bee of chicken tit daily ~230g

Perma bulk baby

from a single source, probably milk. lately I've been drinking about 24-32oz per day
my top 3 sources are milk, eggs, and chicken.

How much fish and what kind?
The nuts and stuff are fine, just gotta eat a shit load, i couldn't do it after two servings of almonds i want to die my mouth is so dry.

>primary protein sources
>fish salmon x2 fillet/lean pork (brisket)
>2 scoops whey protein
>4 eggs for breakfast
>1 serving almonds

Scoops. I'm a vegetarian so I get some from milk and eggs and whatnot but most comes from scoops.

Hvor i landet bor du?

Spotted the no gainer

Hordaland

-4 eggs
-8 to 16oz of chicken
-Half cup of oats.
-Bowl of chicken Chili

Same meal everyday. I also make a shake but most of my protein is from real food.

Is there a difference in gains between whey protein and protein found in real food?

Mainly salmon, cod and occasionally trout, and I eat fish for dinner about once every three days.

seconded

No because whey is real food.
it's not synthesized, it's made from a portion of milk that gets skimmed out.

The difference is too much whey protein can be bad because you do not diversify your amino strands. Good news, whey has a ton of different amino acids and some complete protein strands.
It's actually the most concentrated of any food source you can have for protein.

Some nuts, eggs, etc are closely under it.

As far as I know there is little difference at all between muscle growth on supplements and protein foods, although supplements are much more convenient imo since you can just whip up a shake in no time compared to preparing, cooking and peeling eggs for instance.

seriously op thats way too much

Bergenser? Misunner deg jegerkompisen din.

I eat egg whites with turkey and yogurt for BEKfast and eat lots of chicken fish and beef throughout the day with whey and more yogurt

I get around 250-270 G protein each day on a 2000 cut

A day is long and if you cant eat six eggs at once ur a fuckin pussy :)

I think your farts might be banned under the Geneva convention.

Only egg whites? nearly half the other protein is in the yolk, and there's tonnes of vitamins in them as well.
Also, what do you do with the yolk if you don't eat it?

The yolk is also way more calories though, which is why a lot of people don't eat it. Egg whites have a better protein/calorie ratio.

I give it too my dog

You are a jerk.

protein shit I eat everyday
>eggs, 2~6
