I find I can go really heavy on pendlays but not so much on bent over rows. Usually 225x5 on pendlays but only 205x5 on BORs. I personally like pendlays better but I think it's a matter of preference. Both work your back pretty well.

Everyone I know that has done Pendlay rows has hurt themselves. The form is a lot harder to get down than bent over rows. I prefer bent over rows.
FFS, just do heavy one arm dumbbell rows, and don't fucking call them tranny (Kroc) rows.
