Hungry skeleton distance runner and cyclist my whole life. Doing less now and going to start focusing on the gym. Now entering skinnyfat mode because I still eat like a savage but I'm not burning 1000s of calories everyday anymore.

Need to get disciplined on the diet.

Also have a bum wrist so I can't do any pushing exercises. Shit lads, I don't think I'm going to make it.

Decided to try to bulk now that I was lean because I figured at my size an aggressive bulk would be mainly muscle.

I was wrong and am now living the PSMF life to cut the fat back off in 3 weeks. Would love to hear results or advice from anyone else who's done a PSMF.

As far as diet goes i just track my calories and protein, i get at least a gram of protein per pound of body weight. And intake can be as high as 3600 calories during season. Carbs stay pretty high and fats pretty low. Hope that helps

I highly recommend switching to a lean bulk, I very much regret my dirty bulk it was mainly fat gain. A 1000k surplus is just gonna be an extra 500 cals sent directly to your waist if your experience goes anything like mine.

Uh. I don't like food very much honestly, cutting for me is easy as fuck, getting my calories is the hard part. I started my fitness journey at like 6'4 130. I've just been lean bulking for years.
