We have this bread at home, it's not white but not quite whole wheat. It says "with cereals and soy", it's pretty brown and has several little bits in it.

I am on cut and I eat whole wheat flour, noodles, and make oat flour from oats.

I am doing great and keeping a lot of my muscle mass.

So take it as you will.

I have lost 45 pounds since may 3rd. Packed on a lot of lean muscle. However I eat around 1500 calories a day.

I shed weight fucking fast at first but thats because I was once in great shape for mma.

I also drink around 2 gallons or more of water a day or I feel dehydrated as fuck.

Dont matter what you think, I did brother.

However I work out a lot, do cardio, and manual labor for a job.

My lifts have gained, my muscle mass has even gained.

I know it sounds fucking wierd but eventually I will be posting the timeline here.
