Is getting better abs basically the realm of lowering bf? I dont really care about being near 10% but if I were to wager id be about 14-15 atm (might be wrong). Would ab exercises more often help clean up the look of my core? I only really do them about once a week. Or is a good looking core often genetics as well?
I feel like im in a constant stage of not being able to commit to a bulk or cut. I was cutting for awhile and was fairly lean but really missed filling out my shirts and with my job being all walking (bartender/server) it was going off very quickly. Best advice going forward?

Genetics are important but not all. Loose fat ALWAYS leads to a "sixpack", srsly, ALWAYS. At 6% bf and below everyone got a sixpack hidden. You could thought technically genetically be limited to a 4 pack or even below but obviously that's not your case. Workouts only help forming your core if you do ALOT

Genetics. I do no core isolation exercises, just the usual compounds that work the core like squat and dead without a belt.
