Tip: Take a serving (or half a serving which is enough for me) before bed. That is what really helps you pack on the pounds.

Harder than using this stuff. As a lazy person who has pushed themselves to even try and make something more of my body, it almost drains my motivation to have to engage in the eating side of lifting because of how little I enjoy it in comparison to lifting. I'd rather just do what I can with little to no risk of pushing myself to the point of stopping with working out

The base for all of them is milk, peanut butter, oats and whey. Then you can add whatever else like bananas or flax seed or blueberries. Just play with it. Dont waste cash on overpriced garbage like premade weight gainers.

One full serving of this shit is two massive scoops that are like 5-8 cups each in 16 ounces of water or milk. I bought it expecting to get a shit ton of calories in what would be two normal scoops of whey protein. It works, don't get me wrong. I put on like 10lbs with it. But it's also fucking disgusting and I would rather just eat bigger meals.

The shake itself was fine. A full serving with milk is a disgusting amount of liquid and powder in your gut. I fucking hated it while I downed it, but it did work.
