Walking at a normal pace doesn't count as cardio, right? I want to know if I can walk around a mall or park without losing any gains.

You wanna catch them pokemons?

You are not doing cardiovascular exercise if your heart rate isn't up very much

If the servers decide to not be down, yeah.

>risking gains by walking
>not using mobility scooter as primary mode of transportation

Nigger please

>filename isn't r2dindu

my nigga, sakura and pic related are the only animes i ever watched or will watch

>Girlfriend getting fat
>noticing double chin(s?)
>babe, you're getting fat
>literally walks on the treadmill when she comes gym with me
>are you getting your heart rate up or sweating?
>"I'm trying to"

Thinking of dumping her

Does walking really do nothing for fat people? My friend wants to know..

If it gets their heart rate up yeh, so maybe power walking but I guess that'd be hard if you're fat

They will burn calories.
Moving requires energy.
Fat people expend more to do the same things as healthy people.
So yes it does something.
The more fat they are the more it does.

If you're not sweating it's not good enough.

I sweat when doing the simplest tasks

dude i'm in a different boat

>Girlfriend getting fat
>Still really turned on by her
>No loss in attraction at all on my end

h-high test r-r-right Veeky Forums?

>goes to the gym
>settling for a fatty who isn't even trying
Dump her ass, unless you plan on looking past it and the fact she'll only get fatter as the relationship continues if she's not trying hard enough as is.

>Not doing 5-10 mins of cardio b4 lifts on a cut
Not gonna make it bro

My friend*

That means you should do cardio because you're going to die soon from heart failure.

not really, usually fatties will go home and reward themselves with a slice of cake and will be back at square one.

How fat are you?
I seriously have to try to sweat and I'm just a chubby bunny.

It was a typo I meant my friend but he's pretty fat like 60 pounds overweight but he tries really hard to lose weight

Well.. tell your friend he/she just needs to get his/her heart rate up. Sweating isn't a clear indicator at that weight.
