I did my first 20 rep squat set yesterday :) It was only at 45% of training max, so it wasn't that bad. Hoping to hit 70% x 20 by the end of summer.

Frog is someone who doesn't follow normie conventions such as go out drinking and partying every night, getting knocked up in their teenage years and MOST IMPORTANTLY they don't post on a forum every day

As for lifting my bench arch has reached unearthly levels and I get like 10kg out of it MINIMUM.

Anyone on candito's 6 week program?

I like c6w and I've made really good gains on it, but there's something I don't like. The program starts with 2 weeks of 6-10 reps, which is good, but then it feels like it just rushes in to peaking so damn fast. 2 sessions of 4-6 reps, then 2 sessions 1-3 reps. Feels like I'm not getting enough 4-6 rep sets where strength is supposedly built.

Also what's the fotm program on plg atm? Still sheiko? Haven't been here much lately.

Switch to a machine split, that's what I did

I still compete but that's the only time I ever squat, bench, and deadlift

As long as you pack on the mass you'll be plenty strong and you'll look better too than if you just did an SS variant (which is what Sheiko programs are)

What do they do to your back? Just went through a similar situation myself, couldn't squat/deadlift for the past 7 months. No bulged discs or anything, ended up all being muscular, but my AT at the time didn't know what was up so ended up kinda floundering in the dark for months before figuring out what was happening.

My mobility has improved greatly (as seen in later videos), and currently (because of my cut).

I have no idea, but did it earlier this year.
Basically changed my deadlift stance and something fucked up. 2 months ago (I think) I made it 1000x worse when squatting.

Now I can not support any load when my hips are in a hinged position. Such as a low bar squat or good morning.
Granted I can hinge deadlifts because there is no bar on my spine.

The good morning makes my lower back feel like it has a tonne of pressure on it and i have to stop otherwise something with snap and send signals all down my legs and I won't be able to walk, sit or lay down without pain Until I stretch the shit out of my hips then it goes away.
