Been lifting for little over two months. 5'7," 135lbs, 19 years. Bench 95lbs, squat 135lbs. Started with benching and squatting the bar. I probably should be eating more

then bulk

I'm well over 22% bodyfat, I think it's a bad idea to bulk now.

Doesn't matter how weak or fat or skinny or whatever the fuck else you are, as long as you have a goal in mind and you remain CONSISTENT you will progress.
