Continue bulking or cut?

Should I cut or should I continue bulking?
Actually bulking, 3300cals per day, following 20 squats program.

Cut and lift until more visible tone then bulk and lift harder

Start going to the gym before you worry about bulking or cutting.

I squat and deadlift my BW
Chest dips with 10kgs on my belt
I can't understand why i totally look like a dyel

Back is decent, look like a total dyel from the front, just keep bulking but not too high of a cal surplus.

You really have nothing to cut to. If you for some reason feel fat then do a short cut. Otherwise continue bulking.

How long have you lifted? If thats your 1RMs, then its not lifting. Some people can squat/dl own weight without training, if they dont sit on their arses every day.

I use 85 kg for 6x4 squats, 80 for 10x4 deadlifts

I can't bench for shoulder, I can control better form with dips and barbells
