I do triceps on chest/triceps days.
After Bench press, incline dumbbell press theyre pretty tired already.
For a finisher I do 3 sets of skullchrushers and 3 sets of cable tricep extensions which gives a nice pump.
Triceps also get some work on shoulder day, where I barbell ohp and dumbbell ohp.

I'm probably like 1-2% higher body fat than you in the left and I find that I can't really see my seperation in abs, just a line down the middle like your pic. Did you have to just to skele to see them or did you bulk and cut? Also any ab routine?

Started at 430 pounds years ago. Made it to 280, got complacent, got fucked up. Broke my shoulder and ate my way back up to 375.

Started again back in September, though I wasn't serious. Strange circumstances culminated in January that kicked my ass into gear.

Dropped from 345 to 220 in just about 6 months. Didn't even snap a picture until 315 as I just assumed I wouldn't make it.

For all you heavy blokes out there, just do it. Don't fuck around, don't cheat yourself. Eat clean, break your bad habits, burn out your addiction to food, and take back your life.

How do I make it? Too spaghetti to gym. Only push ups. Some sit ups. Lil running. I used to weigh 60 kg and was skelly as. Last weigh in was 65 about 2 months ago. Probably a bit over that now.

Hey man what was your routine? I had the same body type as your prior picture and I've mad some great progress in weight loss, but besides being skinnier I still look a little chubby and muffin-toppish.

I didn't really track shit until I became serious about lifting like a year ago.
Started at 60kg at 6'1 two years ago and lifted at home with dumbbells on and off for a year. Gained like 10kg and then moved to a Gym. Gained 20kg in a year and now at 91kg.

I clean bulked and abs started showing as my muscle mass increased.

I don't have a routine specificaly for abs but this is what I do:

Usually A chest, bis and tris. B back and shoulders. C legs. I just alternate between ABC and rest days depending on my schecule. Also play water polo so abs get worked a lot during drills and warmup but I just follow whatever the coach has for us that day.

4 week cycles for sets and reps.
1st cycle 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps
2nd cycle 3 stes of 10 reps
3rd cycle 5 sets of 5 reps
