do everything with barbell
squat, deads, ohp, bench, rows, curls, shrugs, tric. extensions, etc.
even fucking calf raises can be done with bb only (without bench or anything)
Also use barbell for ab rollouts
use pullup bar for pullups and "core" stuff
Use a piece of rope to tie pl8 around your waist and do w8ed shit
use plates for small stuff like laterals, chest flys, front or rear delt flys if you do them

If you have trigrip plates you're pretty much sorted for anything that would otherwise require a dumbell or a kettlebell.
