Why aren't you more flexible, Veeky Forums? Every one of you should be able to at least touch your toes standing upright.

...y-you too...

You'd need some long ass arms to touch your toes standing upright

succ?

Can you recommend me a flexibility routine I can't touch my toes and I'd like to take jeet kune do classes next month
Should I do it after my work out or on a day dedicated to it ?

What you should do is everyday.
That being said im lazy and do random stretches like twice a week

i was born with a retarded right leg, toes are all crooked and hamstring is connected weird

what? is ridiculously easy to touch your toes standing up with your hands...

kek

google "standing upright" to see the problem

I'm bulking i.e. fat as fatass

Still see no issue?

When you bend over you're no longer standing upright

I see we are nitpicking words, my mistake.

>back snappers

Do that stretch sitting down guys just so everyone is clear

1m73, 120 kilos.

I can grab the tip of my shoes.

Come at me fags.

Yeah well that's because gravity forces you down when you bend over, that's cheating fatso

Prove it

>Implying being this flexible is common among fatties.

>not doing yoga for those mad flexibility/mobility gains
>not showing off your muscles and practicing your social skillz with the cute yoga girls
it's like you don't even want to make it user

>nitpicking words

It's not nitpicking. Standing upright means one specific thing. The OP could just have avoided using the description entirely and done a better job.

I have no one to take a picture for me, any tips ?

Rest your phone against something and use a timer

Yeah I should do it every day but man it's boring

Why?

I am. I'm almost able to do a split now, but the boner I get thinking about getting my asshole pounded while doing a split is making it difficult to stretch properly.

Because there is a very immediate drop off in the practical application of flexibility. Being able to touch your toes is a handy level of flexibility to have for day to day life, but being able to do stuff like in OP's pic is useful for nothing more than parlor tricks.

Because I'm too lazy to stretch.

>lifting 2.5 years now
>not stretched after a workout yet

I know I'm probably going to snap my shut up but I've still not done it. Scare me into it Veeky Forums, motivate me.

Nothing bad will happen. You don't need to be so flexible. Fucks more up than helps

I'm dedicated with lifting sure

but stretching is awful, I'm disgustingly inconsistent and only really do it if I notice I can't get the squat width or whatever.

...

I fucking hate when tiny floating men stare at my ass when I'm trying to stretch..

Can I get some resources on stretching? I need to improve my stride and relieve back tension but all I know are those dumb basic stretches they taught in P.E.

I am flexible as fuck.
Gf is a yoga instructor and massage therapist.
Life is good.
Yknow how we have /plg/ and /owg/, my goal is to compete in ninja warrior.

I can do this with L5S1 hernia

You know he stretches nothing but his lower back there?

Fucking retarded way of stretching ones hamstrings

Kek r u German?

Nope. Why?

Because "ninja warrior" is actually some type of parcour challenge tv show in Germany.

Does it exist elsewhere too or where you talking about something different?

I was talking about the American Ninja warrior.

I'll have to check that thing out though.

Oh I see.

It's a fun show, pretty cool to see how actual parcour runner are doing an amazing job at it, they are exactly in their element.

not this guy, but you should not stretch working muscles, and when you are doing this exercise, your hams are tight. Do seated, one leg at time.

I started stretching recently; I think it helps for posture and height gains.

I used to be eye-to-eye level with my friend, and now my eyes are at his eyebrows after about a month of fixin' up my anterior pelvic tilt. It's still pretty bad, though.

i could probably do what OP does
when i do my stretches i usually touch my thumbs to the floor
and when on the floor touching my feet i can touch my entire hand to the middle of my foot

can you give me your stretching routine?
