295kg deadlift

115 lbs lifting 120lbs
A-am I gonna make it guys?

78kgs 215kgs
or
171.6 lbs 473lbs

you got a video of that user?
Yeah man, stay consistent.
Accessory work. Everybody starts somewhere.
Keep making those gains.

80kg
200kgx2

79kg
115 deadlift.
Kill me already, the only lift that feels good is bench.

180lbs, 600lbs deadlift

I'd trade you. Deadlift is the closest thing I have to a good lift (and my bench is completely fucked - I put up almost as much with a close grip and no arch as I do with a full powerlifting setup)

100kg, 220 deadlift.

bench is 110kg bro. I'll trade it for a 220 deadlift

115kg 7plate dl

250mg tren / 125mg test

>75kg
>140kg

>I squat more than I deadlift

what the FUCK happened to me this wasn't what I wanted!!!

84kg, 220kg for 3

Jump off your 1x5 DL per week program and start doing something better.

95KG (exfat now chub), 130KG x 5
but I'm still going up 5kg per attempt so I'm not sure if I'm fully CNS adapted yet as progression is still lineair
>also squatted BW 3x5 for the first time in my life ever
>not even lmao2pl8 but having been fat all my life it felt like a victory

74kg, 165kg

Some people are just better built to squat than deadlift. And some people are the reverse (says the guy with a 5plate pull and barely better than a 3plate squat).

Spent my first 4ish months on a Smith machine. Now that I have a real barbell my squat and dead have reversed in numbers, 300 squat and 265 dead. Not too mad cause my deadlift is still going up at about 10lbs/week

223lbs
455x5

Oops.. 172lbs and 265x5

170lbs
465lbs

A lot
A lot, but not enough compared to my weight Tbh

I'm doing madcow right now and I feel strong enough to do way higher deadlift but my grip is abysmal

180kg pb
atm 1rm is like 170 because i had to take like 5 weeks off ffs

80 kg , 220kg

for amerifags:
175 lbs, 485 lbs

Start deadlifting only with hooked grip, including all of your warmup sets. There's a huge return on investment there.

Use straps, but only after you are unable to hold the bar. With straps I can dl 500x2, but without them I can only do 365x3 before my grip fails.

Two months ago I could only do 335x2 without straps, but I started doing farmers walks and static holds for training.

142 lbs
365 dead

65 kg here and 140x5 deadlift

66kg 135lb

I've been lifting for 4 months, am I going to make it?
