Yeah he's hella fit sis, but it looks like he still lives at home lol

>Yeah he's hella fit sis, but it looks like he still lives at home lol

>tfw i move out next month

tfw she at best lives with 3-5 roommates who are still waiting for their big break and can latch off of their trustfunds B^)

And what are you, homeless?

Moved back in with my parents because I live in San Diego and could only pay rent by drug dealing on top of a full time job. I'm working and going to school now, girls are still down to come over to Mom and Dad's to smoke weed and fuck in my room.

Only American Capitalist culture promotes moving out young. For anyone that's ever truly lived alone, it's depressing as fuck. If your family sucks, I feel bad for you. Mine encourage me to bring girls over and support anything I want to do with myself.

>date girl
>get an apartment together
>live there for 2 years
>she moves out
>can just barely afford rent
>she takes her name off the lease
>rental company is forcing me to sign a new 1 year contract
>currently on a month to month contract, can leave any time i want
>looking for new jobs up to 2 hours away
>afraid im gonna get a nice job far away after i sign this new 1 year lease
>large cancellation fee
>debating moving back in with mom for a few months but threads like this make me realize id instantly regret it

>tfw

>hella
Into the trash

Don't worry babe my dad isn't home

I'm I the only one who doesn't give a shit?

If your parents will let you, do it. You need a successful job more than a girlfriend or your own apartment. Once you can afford a place with the job you like, and this is the important part: still make money to work towards a better life, you know you can move out.

20 years old and still living with my parents. It shouldn't be such a stigma in this day and age where people living off campus often struggle to have a normal life when working on their own.

i make 40k a year and rent is 900 a month. I also got a 450 a month truck payment, and a few other bills. I can afford this place but im barely able to put any money away. im 25.

Im just gonna stay here for another year while looking for a better job. I like having my own place. just gotta find the next girl so its not as lonely

To add to this, I plan on staying with my parents until I either turn 26 and have to get my own insurance, or until I'm absolutely positive I can live comfortably on my own. Never plan on living with someone unless it's willing family. A roommate should only ever be a welcomed stipend to your already payable rent, because as soon as you start spending that money elsewhere and they leave, you get the situation you're in now.

Why? Because you won't be able to get a gf?

How are you going to get a gf as a neet who can't afford rent?

How is your rental company going to FORCE you to sign a 1 year contract? Is this an american thing or what?

Im not NEET. I work 40 hours a week. I just enjoy the privacy and freedom of having my own place.

When i moved in, both me and ex were on the lease. to get her off the lease, i have to sign a new contract. It was apparently in the original contract i signed.

I guess it depends on the lifestyle you want to have and what you determine as okay, but that wouldn't be for me. I need to be able to put enough money away to consider myself "okay". Don't worry about how women think of you though. If you're living with your parents because of a financial decision when you are able to buy your own place, and not because you're desperate, a smart woman would think that's an attractive idea.

>450 a month truck payment
Here's where you fucked up

>900 a month
Top kek

A shitty 1 bedroom in sydney, ausfailia will run you 400-500 a week.

I cringed reading this

fucking wigger subhuman

> from ages 23-25
> still loving at home cus in uni and trying to get life set up for after
> literally don't care
> "I live with my family. they get home at 930pm. we can fuck and leave before they even get there"
> worked on 8/9 occasions, 1 having car problems mid way
for starters, your problem is caring about what women will think.
Most are in the same situation as you, if not worse. the only reasons they have for caring if you live alone is 1-they want to move in, 2-they want to be married and settled in already.

Why can't you fuck it off and get a cheaper place then?

i needed one to help take care of the farm, help family and friends move, and to haul my kayaks.

>North of England
>£650 per month
>3 bedroom house
One of the rooms is a gym, I dunno what to do with the other one.

this is one of the cheapest in the area. there are some really really shitty ones for 700 a month but they are in the bad part of town and the walls are like cardboard. Almost moved in with best friend but his fiance was only cool with me staying for 3 months which isnt worth it.

yo man, I'm a pretty cool bloak south of Sierpinski... wanna hook me up with room & board for a couple of weeks?

>tfw living in third world shithole where people are only expected to leave home when they marry

About living at home? Nah man, I'm staying 'til I inherit the house.

Or, you know, you get weirded out by the thought of having sex with some rando while your parents are in the house.

I hope you like gay porn newsletters, [email protected], because you're about to get all of them

Not him but i lost my virginity at 16 so i was pretty used to it by the time i moved out.

please do it

i remember someone done this to me once

>33
>have my own place, a good job, my own car and fit and 6/10 look wise
>still a KHHV

How's wizardhood?

no trust me if the girl really likes you and is horny she doesn't care. only the leechers who wanna move in care about that shit

get outta here

Where else would I live but my home?

Bought a house at 27.
Been spending a year paying for all the stuff you need to put in it.
Moving in next week.

Pretty hard paying for a mortgage and bills on one paycheck but I'll take it.

If you're just paying month to month, then leave. If you currently have a contract that lets you stay or leave on a month to month basis, just move your shit out before the forced resigning date

Do you absolutely have to be in that area aware from your parents? Do you have a professional job there, or something you could easily quit and relocate?

>she thinks im going to pay the bill for her

lol

KHHV?

nigga I'm 25 and living with my parents is great.

can't wait to have dinner and watch jeopardy with my mom, then golf with my dad after work tomorrow.

so why is this looked down upon?

also, in this situation, whats wrong with going to her place?

girls are stupid sometimes

i work as a contractor for the government. the different jobs im looking for are at the different military bases throughout the state.

Rent out the rooms

think it'll be worth it?

I'm definitely making a steady enough income where I can afford a house on my own, and I'm debt free.

Is moving out at 18 in America a meem?

>He lives at home
What? Do you not live in a place you call home? Fucking homeless girls, 0/10 would not bang
>and yes I get the parents house implication

...

America is a meme

Because girls want a wagecuck betaprovider who works at 20

>Leaving your house without a degree
>Your parents aren't able to afford college for you and you have to work as soon as you finish high school
>You can't afford a motel bedroom when you have to fuck a qt

Signs of a wagecuck

No but it is a pretty good scam. Someone would willingly go into massive debt just to entertain the idea of some sort of societal norm. I mean, come on, there's a reason asian's and indians are the richest demographic in the USA.

Only a bungalow. 2 bedrooms. Not worth it.
It's better than renting. Rent is burning money.
Just be prepared to have surprise expenses or things cost more than you would think.
Always keep a rainy day fund as a back up and keep feeding into it when you can.

I cleared the weeds and garden. This was when I bought it.

Depends, if your family is a bunch of losers, I'd get out of there ASAP and never look back.

>being involved with burger bitches

It's pushed in the media and most places in america because

1.A large connected family that has pooled their resources together is dangerous

2.An impressionable ignorant young adult would quickly become a debt slave to live up to a false standard of what it means to be an adult as described by people who want money/slavery from them.

3.Those houses and banks and junkfood and overly pricey cars aren't going to pay for themselves. They need young dumb people who think buying that crap is a good idea.

my bro is 26 and still lving at home, he has had 2 LTR's since he's been 18

who gives a fuck what girls want

do what YOU want

22 here and in my case my parents are assholes about it.
>"This is our fucking house... HOUSE! It doesn't say brothel on the door does it?"
But w.e. They let me build a home gym in the garage and they don't make me pay rent so I don't complain. Women here in CT are shit anyway. I'm so focused on school, work and lifting right now, I could care less about cum dumpsters and gains goblins.

>26
>lived with gf for a year
>lived alone when we broke up
>moved back in with parents cause depressed and lonely
>planning on moving back out eventually

> still lives at home

Where else would you live?

Or are you just a fucking failure at communicating?

I don't think its a big deal anymore.. As long as you have a good relationship with your parents and they aren't dicks to any girl you bring over. When I was 24 I started dating a grill and she loved my parents right away. I spent a year 1/2 dating her while living with my parents before getting cucked

Solitude is cathartic. Being alone is only depressing for somebody who hasn't grown into a complete person.

>like he still lives at home

What did you mean by this?
Are you homeless?

I live by myself on my own home.

capcha, select all apartment buildings

seriously

Just do what you feel is safer instead of feeling peer-pressure from a fucking Lebanese-jumproping form

Why would I pay $800 a month on a shitty apartment, when I could live with my parents for free and put that $800 in the bank?

Where the fuck else would I live besides my home?

>implying I want to buy a shitty 350k dump from some boomer when I only clear 35k a year as a skilled tradesman

>women
>smart

Well I own this house, so it is my home. Dumb bitch

>could care less

Ohio?

>tfw home is an apartment with my family
>girls are literally zero tolerance if I end up living at home after college
