you can't do "relatively high weight at 15-20" reps. I mean, relatively to other, weaker people, maybe, but not for you. if it was high weight for you, you wouldn't be able to do 20 reps, hence, you are doing endurance.
increase the weight and do real sets... or keep doing endurance and complain a few months down the line when you see absolutely zero gains
