I have been neglecting ab work for too long, kinda embarrassing. I guess it's better than not being able to get them in the long run though.

6'4" 234 pounds. Down from 262 in February. Kind of at a stall in my deficit. Cut most of the weight during March. Can somebody give me an estimate of what body fat % I am. I'm just curious what it would take for me to get below 20%.

How many kcals do you consume per day? It's 1800 for me. Considering 4 times at the gym + 30mins of cardio I thought that would be fine, but apparently it's not enough.

1500 might be doable... want to lose 4 more kilos that much is sure.

I eat ~2500kcal /day
I gradualy lowered the calories over the course of my cut, but i also needed 5 months for like 9kg

meh it ain't even lifting time. haven't even looked at a barbell since my son was born in 2013. just swing a kettlebell now and then and do some pullups/pushups.

pretty much just grapple 2x a week, work construction and eat like a horse.

can't say i have no interest in fitness. I do plan on lifting again. son is at a tough age cause he's hella active and always all over me. also the house we just moved to has a slanted ass garage so i can't put a power rack up just yet. have to build a level platform first.
