Don't worry user, I literally did the same thing. Tried to follow SS but used the Smith machine for all my lifts. Everyone's gotta start somewhere.

>gym is dead (late at night, if there were any staff they were out back)
>just lying down waiting for rest to be over
>twirling bar in my hands (it's racked in a half rack)
>in autopilot, don't realise what I'm doing
>rack doesn't have any guards on the pegs to stop bar falling off
>bar rolls off onto my face
>falls on the top of my nose
>knocked unconscious, not sure for how long
>wake up, blood everywhere
>get up in a daze
>run out to my car
>drive to hospital
>sit in A&E for 3 hours with 2 tampon type things up my shnoz
>broken nose
>never go back to gym

I got thin waist compared to hips and in my opinion it looks kinda weird so i stress a lot about it, but i don't even know if other people notice this shit desu. Thank god I didn't do sidebends though (must admit I did think about doing them few weeks ago).

have you ever done rack pulls with a chest full of air, then let it out slowly when you're lowering?

so i am a fatass. 6'1 290lb mostly in the gut!!!

my one thing for loosing weight was going to be i wasn't going to hide away in the gym at all, no sweater, no baggy clothes etc..
i keep seeing young lanky motherfuckers with sweaters walking around the gym, it is literally 85 degrees 10am outside and they are wearing a sweater, i dont understand it at all
i'm a fatass but i wasnt going to do that
