So I was 5'7 and 159 pounds.
Then I started my cut and now I'm about 132lbs in the morning. I'M STILL FLABBY ON MY LOWER ABS and I feel like a bitch because anyone could probably beat the shit out off me since I weigh like nothing.

You know I'm really not trying to sound like a dick, but gaining weight won't automatically make you any better at preventing an ass beating. If you're worried about this, maybe you should take a fight class. Fight conditioning is pretty intense stuff. Could definitely help you get shredded.

OP you have no muscle. Your fat stores need to be cut out before you should start lean bulking. Fasted cardio and nothing else along with a low carb high fat diet for a month and youll see lower abs. Then start lifting

Dude you need to bulk and gain some mass instead of cutting down Asian womanlet mode. Eat to maintain the rest of the summer, lean bulk in the fall, hop on some sort of beginner program and make gains. Next summer you will be a sick cunt instead of the sickly twinkle you are now.
