So how close are you bros to achieving 1/2/3/4 for 1RM? I'm doing pretty good but still far away to go. These are my stats from 6 weeks ago so I hope it improves a lot and I'm not so u proportionate any more.
>30 yo, 6ft, 196lbs
>bench 285
>squat 260
>diddy 320
>ohp 155
So guess I. Half way there. Hope to achieve by the end of the year

ohp 155
bench 235
squat 325
deads 425
pretty well round but I need to lose some body fat especially since my main goals are bicycle related and not lifting.
ohp 1pl for 5
bench 2pl for 7
squat 3 pl for 2 : (
diddly 4 pl for 5
guess i need to bring my squat up so i have all for 5 , but i hate squats and often do deadlifts instead
4 months lifting
ohp - 50kg
bench - 80kg
squat - 100kg
dead - 115kg
the hardest part is yet to come
dont worry user, if you follow strong lifts or SS or reallyany strength program in 8 months you will probably hit 1/2/3/4
Pls convert to American numbers i cant read this chicken scratch
1RM's
OHP: 115 lbs
Bench: 205 lbs
Squat: 275 lbs
Deadlift: 365 lbs
23y
bench - 100kg (220lbs)
squat - 140/150kg (320-330 for reps)
dead - 160kg (355)
I had very poor form on the bench press, so that took me the longest. OHP was very easy for me, mostly because the weight is very light, but also because I've had whole weeks at work where I'd be lifting 50 kilos overhead since I was 13 years old.
Squat and deadlift were just matters of needing to try harder.
Current stats:
>82.5 kg OHP x1
>110 kg bench x1
>165 kg squat x5
>210 kg deadlift x3
>1.85 m, 94 kg
that looks like ice cream with scrambled eggs and strawberries drizzled with cum
You know when they say 1/2/3/4 it's for 5 reps right? You can get those 1rms in like 6 months SS.
I'm almost there.
The Press 155X5
Bench 220X5
Squat 325X5
Deadlift 385X5
I'll probably get that bench next Friday for Texas method and hopefully deadlift in 2 months. Then I'll finally be at 1/2/3/4

that's below average on symmetric strength for my weight.
>that's below average on symmetric strength for my weight.
not for your weight but compared to your other lifts
those percentages shows your muscle balance and that is why the website is called SYMMETRICstrength
You even get to see your symmetry score and the closer it is to 100 points the more symmetric your strength/muscles are.
can you estimate 5RM from working weight at 3x5?
Coming out of anorexia from being a fatass, no where near 1/2/3/4 anytime soon
5'8 145lbs
OHP 60x6
Bench 92.5x6
Squat 120x6
Deadlift 170x5
Been past it for a while but I've been lifting 5 years so not a fair comparison in regards to time lifted
>he can't multiply by 2.2

M8 I'm American and I realize how stupid imperial is

I agree straps are a work around hut the above options are legit son

>I think you mean push press
No way that's a clean strict press
AWAKEN MY MASTERS
I thought the 1/2/3/4 milestone was for reps, not 1RM. I'd want to be able to do 3x5 of each before I could truly say I'd done it.
Nice progress for 4 months, your diddly sucks dick though
Been lifting for almost 3 months. Been on stronglifts but just switched to Veeky Forums's GSLP.

about 8kg off, bench is my worst lift, i was doing it wrong for half a year before i corrected my form, never seem to be able to make substantial gains on it for some reason
>3
hit it for reps again my pb was 160, but atm 1rm is probably 153
>4
maybe 5kg off, there was a point where I should have been able to pull 180kg, but didn't attempt, then i had to take slightly over a month off lifting and I can't do 180kg
Hoping to hit 1/2/3/4 next week.
I've had 1/2/3 for months now, my deadlifts have been lagging behind though
Only been lifting in earnest for 4-5 months
70kg bench
90kg squat
90kg diddy (weak as fuck back)
I never bother with OHP but I should probably start. I also do all my lifts 3x8, so using a calc for 1RM not sure how accurate it is.
LOL, all my stats are 10-20 pounds more than op and I only bench 215. shootouts to only benching for a year straight
OHP: 45kg
Bench: 65kg
Squat: 100kg
Diddly: 120kg
Started lifting properly around November, hoping to hit 1/2/3/4 by Easter next year.
AWAKEN MY MASTERS
bruh whats good with them legs tho
no bully, just asking
WTF YOU ARE ME?! xD
I understand the symmetry bit, but my ohp is def below average as per pic related. I guess it's for my strength level instead of weight though.
Press 62 kg, check
Bench 100 kg, check
Squat 145 kg, check
Diddly 155 kg

Bruh I already hit my posterior chain hard with deadlifts, power cleans, full cleans, ect. No reason for me to backsquat.
There's no way you've been seriously doing a routine for 3 months with these tiny results bro, I'm a manlet and I was diddlying 285 and squatting 255 by that point
talk shit about low bar squats and i'll hit your posterior chain hard bruh

You know you don't have to do upper body every day, right? What the fuck are those numbers...
Mfw I finally hit 2/3/4 (never done the press) at the end of the schoolyear
i've been lifting for 11months, here are my stats (all 5rm):

His OHP is actually stronger than it should be for his bench.
Are you hungry skelly?

Halp. Why is my dl so shit compared to everything else
I am not. Wide as fuck grip on bench, Full extension from top of my chest OHP, Squat below parallel, and deadlift with no belt, double overhand, no arch. My legs are weak af though, not gonna lie.
youre a big guy
For you. Ten years training behind it but for rugby though
