I shit more regularly, the consistency is normal, and I don't see any undigested bits of food (unless I eat corn on the cob, but that's universal)
I like to drink kombucha too. After downing a bottle my stomach feels happy (I can't describe it any other way) and it helps make bowel movements regular.

Yes. I've seen better development and had better luck shaping and filling muscles. Google essential and non essential amino acids as well as the benefits of vasodilators. Almost every there is an amino.

I buy capsule form because it's easy to take 2 and wash it down with water. I've used the liquid form before but it has a distinct mushroom taste that I don't particularly like. I don't get sick as often, and if I feel a cold coming on I take 2 caps twice a day and that's usually enough to stave it off. I think it can be a helpful part of your diet + supplement intake.
