Ok actual stats for OP, 1pl8 and 25 for squat, 27.5 each side for Ohp, pl8 and 15 for bench. You may now bully me. I had terrible programing for a year until like a month ago. Also I skipped all leg stuff for like 8 months

Who gives a phuck about your numbers user, as long as you're making progress then you're fine.

I also meme'd around for the first 7-8 months of my lifting (i.e. no squats, no diddlys, bench once a week, pretty much only machines, etc) and lost out on lots of potential gains.

Just keep lifting consistently and keep staying motivated and keep eating and keep sleeping and you'll make it brah. No one hit 1/2/3/4 overnight

What changed between those 2 pictures? I decided to live my life a bit and have some fun. I'm going out every saturday, and stay out on the bars till the morning, hitting on grills etc. I came to the conclusion that lifting is not worth to be taking seriously. Especially natty lifting. You make alot of sacrifices, for a mediocore result. I still lift, I still eat 4-5 meals a day, but now I'm not living to lift anymore. And as you can see, I lost some gains. I can't imagine what would happen to my gains that I gained with so much effort, if I stopped lifting for a year.

tl;dr lifting is a meme, enjoy your life
