Deliberation on Veganism

This weekend I went full on Vegan for the first time. All of my meals consisted of plant based
"complete" protein sources. If my calculations are correct I managed to get roughly 220 grams of protein a day. I have to report that the only noticeable difference is looking a bit "softer" in addition to some bloating. But I do feel somewhat "fuller" both in terms of satiety and with regards to my muscles. I dunno....
I'm pretty sure I'll always consume meat on some level but if I can still make gains and if this is indeed healthier than meat, well...
Perhaps I may go full on vegan someday, for health reasons.

Any thoughts?

i went vegan for health reasons, my muscles didn't change (i only lift to maintain now). Even if it made your gains worse who cares your overall health is much more important, don't forget cardio too

That steak looks absolutely delicious. Yet I can't help but be concerned about long term consumption on a daily basis being detrimental to one's health. Not angry and not even vegan, I'm vegetarian though. But if you aren't in it 100% for attention you can just eat beans rice and peanuts all of which are super cheap. With a less restrictive budget you can get healthier nuts and tastier rices.
