Muscle ups are bs. You'd think if you can pull up and dip, you should be able to muscle up, but no, there's that bull shit segment in the middle where you have to hoist yourself up just with your wrist (or kip like a faggot). Who the fuck has that much strength in their wrists?

It's pretty easy once you get the technique down and it's far more of a pulling movement than a dip.
Work on doing high pull ups and start doing weighted pull-ups.
Just build strength and a lot of power and they become easy

how do you combine weight and bw training?

I've been training bodyweight from age 12-21(now)
Started weights 1.5 years ago
Atm I do a push pull legs split 6 days a week (7th is mobility and stretching)

I have two workouts for each. One that focuses on body weight skills and some weights for hypertrophy and one that focuses on barbell strength with body weight hypertrophy.

So it'll be:
Day 1 - BW push
Day 2 = BW pull
Day 3 = BW legs
Day 4 - weights push
Day 5 = weights pull
Day 6 = weights legs
Day 7 = stretching

Can do:

Touch ground with palms and hyperextended legs
Walk on hands for like 5-10 feet.
Touch knees to face with hyperextended legs
L-sit
Straddle planche for like .25 seconds (can't maintain)

Can't:
Do a muscle up without cheating (think I need to practice false grip more)
Hold a planche
Do an aerial (no hands cartwheel)
Front handspring (really really close. Land on my feet then fall back on my ass)
Flip of any kind

Also can front lever for reps, but can't hold it for more than like a second.

Cannot back lever

My barbell lifts are pathetic but I did chin ups for 4 sets of 7 and 2 more sets of 5 yesterday. I was quite pleased with that.

fucked up my wrist really bad. spent a year doing nothing and getting fat, and half a year lifting weights and losing that fat. I have lost many valuable skills in the process.
can do:
wall hand stand pushups (trying to get back to not assisted. my best was three without my feet touching the floor)
pistolsquats +10 kg (I'm a little slow, I used to be able to to really dish them out)
my cartwheels went to shit. I can perform them on one hand but it doesn't look elegant
handspring are totally forgotten.
I managed to do a front flip from a step, but don't have enough spin to complete one from the floor.
I used to be able to deliver tens of backflips in a row, but now I fear I'll break my neck if I try one
