I just eat a lot of high protein foods. I love steak, chicken, cottage cheese, eggs, etc.
My piss is clear as fuck, so I don't really think it's an issue.

There is realistically no reason to eat that fucking amount of protein. A 40/30/30 diet is a stupid excuse. You shouldn't determine your macros needs by percent, you should focus on getting the right amount for your weight.

Why would you set your goal to 400 calories a day? Theres no benefit from getting that much protein in your diet.
