I am fullnatty also i do NEPA like all day everyday and anaerobic cardio (you know.. The one with ALL of the benefits of cardio, with NONE of the detrimenta) at least 5x a week, sometimes 7

I do anaerobic cardio. I can run up more stairs in less time than any awrobic fag, and barely be exerting myself.

Anaerobics give arguably more caedio benefits than aerobics

Cardiofag here. Park attendance shoot up like 30% and hasn't gone down since poke go. Good to see so many people getting in shape. Probably won't last long but the few that stay will see results. Obviously not too much in the upper section though
