Im 10 months in.

Nice man. When do you plan on starting to lift?

1,80cm

>no shoulders
>no arms
>no traps
>love handles
>"does it look like I lift?"
Do you really need to ask?

Should I eat more ? coz im tryharding on the gym.

80kg
186cm

wew bf?

That's the basis of getting bigger, yes.

...

proper training is kinda important too
whithout any information of what you do it's hard to tell you something substantial

>cbt
>never lift edition

i bet my car i outlift you and that i can beat you in any means of physical confrontation
you fucking faggot

TRIGGERED

chill out dude he didn't even take the time posting a pic even a fake one.
this shit cannot be called bait

1 day chest 6-7 excercises
1 day back 6 excercises
1 day leg / shoulders 5/3 excercises
1 day tri/bi 4/4 excercises
I do 4 sets ea 8-10 reps
sometimes if i dont feel i ve given my best in an excercise i might do an extra set.
Weight as much as possible.
4 excercises for abs 3 times/week
5-6 times /week
Around 13-14% BDF.
Probably need to start eating more.

Also one more thing.
If I start an excercise of 12 reps with an X weight, and manage to make 2 sets of it.
But 3rd set I start falling in reps, is it bad?
Is it better to do dropset ? Or is it better to add weight at every set?
Can that be considered bad training ?

>I outlift you

an average of six exercises per body part is way too much. just stick with the basics for beginning

benchpress for chest
squats and deadlifts for legs (deads go also for the back)
pullups for back

an arm day is a big no no. this shit will get you nowhere (as a beginner at least) if you really like to do arm exercises do them for the lulz at the end of a workout

for rep ranges everything between 8-12 is reasonable for beginning. excluding warmup do 2-3 of work sets

Post a pic or gtfo

Im actually really 10 months in.
I had it as you said at the first 6-8 months. then my PT changed my programme to 1 day for big muscle groups (legs with hsoulders.

I dont think that averages to 6, probably 5.

how long u osama been liftin? And what are your lifts, the main 4?

Never dobe these before
What does my back look? Im rather insecure about my body because used to be a fat fuck.

this looks good
keep going user

y-you too

Too bad my acne scarred back looks horrendous. No amount of muscle will get rid of the scars . Should I just get a fucking huge back tat?

Work traps and wide grip pull ups with focus. Other than that, looking good m80

Nice.

>tfw terrible back and shoulder acne

How do I get rid of this shit? I wash my sheets every week, I wash myself twice a day... It just won't go away

My dermatologist hooked me up on accutane and all my body acne went away after 2 weeks

Also sometimes acne really is
>muh genetics
Sometimes no amount of personal hygiene will solve it, like in my case

I'll have to see if my general doctor can get me that. Dermatologists in my areas no longer take new patients.

My mother is a nurse and under her insurance the copay is like 10 dollars a month. Hopefully it's dirt cheap for you too, Godspeed user.

you can also clean too much
try to change your soap or use none at all whenever you're not that dirty

sometimes something you eat can have an influence too. i heard of people who got better when they lowered their intake of vitB6 (read they stopped drinking excess amounts of energy drinks which are full of this shit)
they havent had full fleshed acne though
that should just be an anecdote for the tip to check up your nutrition

otherwise this

Is that zipper so your bf has easy access?
Looking good though

2 months in
~65 kg, or 143 lbs
~173 cm, or 5' 8"

HAHAHAHAHAHA

Dafuq. Those numbers were around my cns gains end, and your back looks joocy compared to me lifting way heavier.

Heavy bent over rows, wide grip pull ups, lat pulldowns, seated cable rows, and standing lat push downs...also, deadlifts are a major key

And about 8 months now
