Lifting for 5 months. Any advice on getting from 3pl8 to 4pl8 diddle?

Tfw hip injury causes a 1 inch imbalance in legs and shit squat strength :(

In 3 months lifting....
I'm 160 and 5'10 though

>230 squat 3x8
>260 deadlift 3x8
>170 bench 3x8
>pull up weight 15lb 3x10
>130 OHP 3x8

I can walk on my hands and do handstand pushups easy.

166 5'11

Do lots of deadlifts.

Source: pulled 545 at 185 a couple days ago. I don't even do heavy back squats anymore.

Half a year of SS + Half a year of fucking about + 2 month break + 2 months of actually training/eating well
I could be so strong by now.

How bad are these stats for 9 months of lifting?

You're doing well.

mind comparing PPL and PHUL? thinking of going the same route, from PPL to PHUL

Nice DL

>mfw literal DYELS with no calves

Squat 1 RM pretty much everyday for 2 years now aside from thicker lowerbody not much muscle gain

>squat 225x5

post ass

There's something wrong with my lower back so that it stresses out immediately whenever I work it out so after I do maybe one full set of deadlifts I'm completely done
Anyways, this is for bench, dips, and pendlay
