What physical activities do you do besides lifting weights?

I'm thinking whether I should start doing Yoga or pick up martial arts again...

I can definitely recommend yoga. it goes well with lifting IMO. you get to do all the stretching you don't have the patience for on your own, some positions allow you to show off your strength to the qts and it serves as light cardio without interfering with your actual training. it's also very relaxing and a lot of people (including me) find that it helps them sleep a lot better.

Breakdance. Very physical and challenging, teaches you how to dance on rythm at the same time, which helps when going on a night out and shit.
