It's just a good source of quality protein and carbs and fibre. Go for brown rice for lower GI. It's fine for fatties.

like i dont get why you would only eat rice chicken and broccoli if you dont like it. i mean its very hard to overeat on that stuff so you dont have to count cals.

my problem is that i need to count cals since i can overeat on anything, i will eat and eat and eat and then an hour later start eating again.

so since i already calculate all cals i can make anything i want.
