I’ll bite on this one out of curiosity
If hitler had just caught the British military that escaped at dunkirk he could have ended the war
Why or why not

Because the Americans and the Russians would have killed him

This is actually valid though. He personally made so many war losing fuckups.

Neither the USA nor the USSR were in the war at this point. Destroying the remaining Allied forces at Dunkirk would have left Germany to face only some shithole colonies scattered around the world. The UK was what held the flame of resistance; with them gone their would be nothing to stop Hitler concluding the war on his own terms.

...

The British were unironically the least impactful of the major allied powers.
The Soviets have the Eastern Front
The Americans have the Pacific War
The British splashed around in the seas and played in their North African sandbox.
Their entire plan was the keep engaging in naval warfare and the Americans had to convince Churchill that floating around in the Mediterranean and North Seas wasn't going to win the war and that they need to invade the mainland. They also floundered in the face of the Japanese and it was up to the Americans to save the British colonies after Britain was slapped, retreated out of South East Asia, and abandoned Australia.
They were only invited to the peace talks because Stalin respected Churchill as a man.

That's the point. Changing any one of them wouldn't have saved him just because there were so many.

save her of course

Leave immidiately and fuck of back to Krautchan you nigger burger.

ya but you'd have to invent a cure for typhus

They did alright in Burma

The UK navy and its Air Force were still in the game and in very much control of the seas, not to mention the loss of 200k soldiers would've been a blown to the Allied morale sure but it wouldn't have knocked the UK out of the war.

Only thing it might do is bring the Americans to the war sooner since the Brits will try even harder to win them over, and since FDR was against Hitler since day 1, they won't need much convincing.

Oh boy...
>WW1
Not even a close victory for Germany. From day 1 they fought the losing war as their overseas territories were instantly seized. Then there was the allied blockade of Germany which slowly strangled them until they could eat no more.
Countries that could solo WW1 Germany:
British Empire (easily)
>WW2
A good start with lightning war tactics although in the long term it was fruitless. Once Britain was safe on it's island, it would be impossible to invade. This gives time to mobilise the entire empire and the manpower of India. 10 gorillion pajeet invasion. USSR outnumbered the bullets of Germany, no chance. USA was an industrial titan, once they joined they out-economy'd Germany.
Countries that could solo:
USSR
British Empire (eventually)
USA

>TWICE

Because Hitler would've had to expend a massive amount of forces fighting the British and would've suffered severe casualties - as well as dragging out the French campaign (which itself will exacerbate casualties even further).

>This gives time to mobilise the entire empire and the manpower of India. 10 gorillion pajeet invasion.
>Americans in charge of understanding WWII India

>This gives time to mobilise the entire empire and the manpower of India.
More likely scenario is an Indian revolt tbqh

Well it's either that or Japanese occupation. Either way they'd lose India, but for the time being, they'd probably beat Germany with Indian manpower.

You can't be serious.

>He thinks this

The BEF was essentially useless after Dunkirk. Hitler would still have to get across the Channel. The Battle of Britain would have been fought in the skies. Radar and superior anglo cock would have destroyed the Krauts and they wouldn't have been able to invade Britain.

If the US wouldn't have gotten involved in WW2....
