I used to be borderline alcoholic while working out 3 hours a day, 3 days a week. I would get drunk or tipsy almost every night of the week. Never made any gains despite working out for almost a year

I weigh 155 lbs and I often eat a full large pizza in one sitting.

I started Veeky Forums as a fatassfat and now I'm chubbyfat, so this shit is keeping me from achieving my goal, and since I got into perfectly functioning realtionship with a qt, who accepts me even like that, my motivation is not as high as before. I still lift fanaticaly three times a week though, going for bearmode.

I don't smoke weed anymore, but if I met potential waifu/girlfriendo material who smokes weed, I'd probably start smoking again.

seriously, I basically only do grilled chicken in the pan with either rice or pasta(dont even eat them except few rare ocasions because I dont buy wheat/cant find it)


I also resort to only chicken, skim milk and protein to get protein in high quantity and low calory
need to step up my diet because I dont know how to cook vegetables, lentils, and how to use grains or cook uncanned beans

Yes I did get a bit leaner and lost fat but fuck me, I was trying to cut and my weight would go down but then the other day I'd accidently go over my maintenance and my weight would shoot up, this happened for the entire time and I made 0 strength gains and only lost a bit of fat


I want to say it was because of having classes till 5pm and having to lunch there so it wasn't the best food and it was usually high in kcals but it was just my lack of discipline, thankfully I've started again and been going down and can kinda notice the progress in the mirror
