Hey OP, sorry about all the trolls in this thread here's a real answer. You wanna burn belly fat so the only way to do that is to target the belly with ab work (muscles absorb the day around them and convert it). Now you also want to stick to high rep in order to tone (if you do low rep high weight you'll get a big bulky fridge mode gut) so try to do as many reps as possible even if that means you have to cheat on your reps a little. I'd actually recommend you do about 1/4 of the rep range you'd consider normal.

For you I'd do
250 leg extensions
25 minutes of planks(taking breaks is okay as long as you're planking in the beginning and end)
And 500 sit-ups
Every day

Also make sure you're doing GOMAD it increases test and you'll burn fat faster
