Squats are bad for your spine IMHO. everything else is fine.

Everyone who ever specialises in squats as a skipped disc or three. Bench specialists have a blown out shoulder, deadlift specialists are on the fence. They are either completely fine, or have a slipped disc.

But yeah, in my experience my injuries look like

Bench = 0 injuries ever
Deadlift = 1 muscle injury
Squat = 6-8 injuries, 1 = spine, 1 = joints
