Deadlift was always done after Squats so I don't measure that.
For shoulders I always did dumbbells and have now switched to ohp.
I guess I didn't focus on strength enough

Squat: 100kg 3x5 @82.5% of 1RM
Deadlift: 102.5kg 3x5 (Done after squats so I'm not maxing hard. Double overhand conventional)
OHP: 35kg 4x7 @72% of 1RM

Your back and chest look much bigger, even with an angle that doesn't show it that much. Don't measure all your progress by the size of your arms bruh, and if you're gonna do that, then do some curls or something so you don't get unmotivated.

Did you write your lifts properly OP? 70kg is barely above 1 plate. Good on you if that's correct, nice genetics. Squats & DL are way too low but those aren't the lifts that make you look big.

You're moving bitch weight, that's why you're not getting bigger. For lifting for 2 years you should be significantly stronger.
