It'd be prudent to monitor your bloodwork and at least keep some pharma AI and SERMs on hand, just in case. Some guys on TRT doses find that they need something to keep estrogen under control, so it does happen. This is especially important if you're fat, less so if you're not. Finding a cowboy doctor can work well for a guaranteed supply, but it'll cost ya even more.
