Truth be told I was lifting since 14, went to the gym at 15 ish and started powerlifting training at 16, then competed at 17.

I'd say it was kinda a mistake, but I don't regret it. I'd say it's a mistake because I've had back issues since I was 16 however they are manageable.

Train some other lifts that make you stronger on the first three and help prevent injury. And most importantly, get fat.
