Deadlifts and pull ups. The tighter you grip the bar, the more it activates your forearms.
I suggest the trap bar, but it's your gym too. Walk on the very outside edge. No one runs there.
I actually like to just walk around picking up the plates for people. I look like I'm just helping keep the place tidy, but I also get an excuse to train my forearms

Well good genetics is a bonus. It puts you miles ahead as far as aesthetics. Any manual labor will give you farmers grip which is great for lifting, but it doesn't increase size dramatically. I guess using typical bodybuilding techniques like rolling weights on a spindle
