These are my best sets, done without any fatigue. Bench is 225x8 and OHP is 140x11. Squat was 250lbs, but I have a joint problem, so I stopped squatting and switched to leg press. No dead lift because no diddly area in my gym.

So far OHP has stalled for the last three weeks and I seem to have developed tendonitis in my right bicep, which is now fucking up all my pull movements.
