You could, but not without heavy (in absolute terms) lifts of some sort. And it'd be a lot of extra work, especially if you're not using any variations on squatting or deadlifting.

Deadlifts aren't needed for leg growth, you can just separately work hamstrings and lower back and perhaps glutes if you wish.

Squats on the other hand aren't replaceable, however you don't have to do at traditional barbell back squats

You can do weighted belt squats
You can do front squats
You can do SSB squats
You can hack squats

I did sqauts once a week when i was 18 (for gym) and got from 50kg to 135kg by the end of the year, so am i maling the same gains as someone sqauting alot more times per week if we have the same 3x8 weight (135kg in this case) ?

Good mornings are a solid hamstring/lower back exercise. They're functionally the same thing as either RDLs or SLDLs depending on how you do them.
