GOMAD section

While I found the book to be a good read, does anyone actually consume 6000 calories? That's the only thing that popped out as absurd to me.

Hol up. So bench and ohp alternate on wednesdays? I've been only benching on Monday & friday and ohping on wednesdays without alternating. I've noticed is hard to progress on the ohp only, is this why?
