I got my hormone levels back from the doctor. Apparently they're absolutely normal so I have no excuse why I don't have gains.
I got my hormone levels back from the doctor...
this is my pic, I got back into lifting January and I'm still not back to the weights I used to do
Everything about that pic screams
>NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERD
You should go with bodyweight for now to get a proper body shape and then go with heavy fuckin weights to add mass.
Also, get a proper haircut and good glasses, since your face isn't completely fucked.
>bodyweight
opinion discarded
What?
you look like you've never done a single physically laborious thing in your life.
Eat more and lift heavy.
Holy shit you're still alive?
bodyweight shit is hard to progress on
once I do 20 push-ups, progressing to 25 isn't going to make me gain strength
I gained around 10 lbs back
yeah, I've been trying to make a triumphant return with news of gains, but I still suck
>push ups
>not handstand push ups
>not bent arm planche push ups
>not one hand push ups
Then again
>not doing dips, pull ups, muscle ups and God almighty knows what else instead of FOOKIN PUSH UPS
Jesus Christ, just tell me this is bait.
I can't do handstand push-ups, not even one
can't progress on something you can't do
dips also #rek my elbows
I do do pull-ups, you got me there, bud
Post lifts and routine, senpai
>being so new you dont remember the gayness of iopq
>being iopq
did you fat bitch girlfriend die yet when is it my turn for aesthetics?
>can't do handstand push-ups
Then do more push ups and pull ups.
>dips also #rek my elbows
Is this a joke? This has to be a joke. No way that your shit hurts when you do a bodyweight dip with proper form.
I am new to Veeky Forums, please enlighten me.
so that means get the fuck out no one will accept your shitty lifting advice
>is this a joke guys? This has to be a joke
kid do yourself a favor and go back to whatever shitty board you came from and never trip here we can already tell you'll be garbage
Yeah, she died last year
I probably don't do proper form dips, but I don't need them anyway since I do other shit
I do
decline bench 3x8 (I'm up to 135lbs, but I can do that for 3x10, so I'm trying to increase the weight 5lbs every time) - I do decline because sometimes my shoulder still hurts from flat
rows/pull-ups on alternating days
reverse hypers
leg press because I don't trust my lower back not snap again if I do squats
on days I don't go to the gym I just do a set or two of curls at home
until I get back to my previous lifts I'll just do this for a while
>No way that your shit hurts when you do a bodyweight dip with proper form.
Plenty of people experience joint pain from dips, usually shoulders. Hell, every joint in my body hurts pretty much constantly regardless of whether I'm currently lifting or not.
K.
The legend returns! Have you diagnosed where the problem is yet?
Newbs - this guys says he does things right but never makes gains. For years. He's certainly fucking something up, but can't seem to figure out what.
>I don't need dips
Dips are an excellent exercise even if you're lifting iron.
That's the beauty of living too comfy.
I'm a second worlder and never had joint problems.
Hey lad. I'm the random who messaged u on Reddit recently :3
Some people just don't make gains! It's genetic. Your muscles just don't have the genetics to really synthesize protein. All lifting does is inflame your muscles, trigger a very small protein synthesjs response and you injure your fragile joints.
Maybe you (and me) can be swole in the next life!
If I had, I would have fixed it
unless the problem is that this is my genetic potential
Heh, I can get around my joint problem by lifting in the 8 rep range
I can't get around the bone structure of a girl problem, though
Nice gyno
Until someone can monitor iopq and confirm he's not simply a baby back bitch that doesn't lift progressively, eat, and sleep right... we don't need to theorize he's super special. Its so unlikely!
I have lift 2 years big man.
Maybe your problem is you lift for two weeks, get sick/injured/bored/busy for more than two weeks, and repeat to ride the no gains cycle for eternity
I have pretty consistently been getting back into lifting, I went something like:
3x10
95, 115, 120, 125, 130, 135
3x8
115, 115, 115, 120, 125, 130, 135
>making gains as a jew
get out of fitness and get into finance
Have you tried lifting?
several times
I don't think it's my thing
finance
could I instead do stock trading? I feel like it fits me better
honestly as a jew you can do whatever
I just said finance since it starts with an F
go over to Veeky Forums
I've always been curious why I have a higher rate of free testosterone than most men.
probably lower SHBG than average or higher test
maybe lower aromatase
I'm not a jew
I just did 140lbs 3x8 on decline bench
290lbs x ??? on 45 degree calf raise, I fucked up my count because my friend was talking to me
