Bump

Bump

talk dirty to me about your veggies

Eat the girl, fuck the fries.

How much is a cup of broccoli? I mean.. it's not like a liquid, it doesn't perfectly fit into the cup

1 cup oats for breakfast
1 cup rice and two cans of tuna with some spinach salad for lunch
2 chicken breasts and a cup of rice for supper
1 protein shake before bed with a banana
3k calories, great for muscle gain
cheap and easy. There you go

bump

any tips on meal planning
For 220 lb guy trying to put on muscle

uh duh?

My meals are literally

>chicken, or ground meat into meatballs, porkchops etc
>mixed vegetables
>lentils/chickpeas in a can
>eggs

I literally just dump some salt pepper on them all and put it in the oven for 15 minutes and everything turns out wonderful.

During training days I buy a chilled pasta or fish/sheperds/whatever pie post workout.

Are your mixed vegetables frozen?
How much vegetables do you need?
I understand macros but not micros
