The more you cut, the more emphasized your hips and hourglass figure will be, and the only thing you'll get out of it is a visible rib cage and a lot of loose skin.

The best thing you can do is to start "bulking" in the sense of putting on muscle while minimizing fat gain.

The only thing that'll work for your figure is to grow your waist and back considerably. If you don't go for fridgemode you'll never look any better no matter how much fat you loose.

Neither. I suggest eating slightly above maintenance and doing ss or sl (don't go mad, just enough to recover and have solid gains). This until the end of summer. Then you can eat more calories above maintenance and cut for next summer.
