itt: your least favorite lifts/exercises and why

> front squats (just unpleasant to perform even with good form and flexibility)
> plank (when you start getting to 5 min+ per set, it gets really depressing, I just want it to end)
> shrugs (fuck this shitty """lift""" with its 2 inch range of motion)
> ab rollout (it looks stupid and requires a lot of floor space)

>squats (bad for back and knee health even with good form)
>deadlifts (bad for the back)
>overhead press (bad for the shoulders)
>bench (useless for pecs, causes shoulder impingement)

heh heh wow
so original
wow

Front squats feel hella good tho.

Add chinups to that list and you have the best 5 exercises in the world.

You're just a beta bitch faggot cuck nigger loving leftist pussy ass anime loving islam apologist raised in a single mother household.

Damn, 10/10 on those insults.
I *think* he was being sarcastic though.

Holy shit OP. Literally all of them you wrote.

>mfw I don't do any lifts that I don't enjoy.

shrugs are actually 100% useless if you deadlift.

t. guy who use to shrug multiple times a week for years on end in the hope to grow big traps who discovered the traps grew better from not being a little bitch and deadlifting.

Have you ever failed a deadlift from week traps?

Then isolate your damn traps.

>You're just a beta bitch faggot cuck nigger loving leftist pussy ass anime loving islam apologist raised in a single mother household.
Can I use this friend?

>bicep curls
propably the reason my arms are lacking, but its so boring, I hate isolations

>calisthenics
I hate calisthenics, they are tiring as hell but I never feel like I got a good workout.

>tfw you secretly cant even do more than 20 pushups

Killing it with those insults, user!

I have such a love/hate relationship with squats.

>shitty hip mobility
>love the feeling of squatting

Fuck.

Apart from that. Benching, it's all any normies care about and it seems like such a cop out to say "I dont bench at all because injury"

>tfw injury is fucked rotators from benching incorrectly.

>> shrugs (fuck this shitty """lift""" with its 2 inch range of motion)

So stop doing shrugs wrong. Bring your shoulders up & back, not just straight up. Remember trying to hold a pencil between your shoulder blades as a kid? Think of that.

...

OHP
>can barely ever add weight
>fucking huge ROM with such bitch weight
>always look like a bitch no matter how much weight is on the bar
>shittiest lift to fail as you arch your back and try to push up as hard as you can but nothing happens.

Barbell Rows
>a fucking lower back exercise in addition to upper back
>can never add weight
>weird ROM
>too quick

>tfw you row more than you squat

>he planks for longer than 2 minutes
menshealth.com/fitness/truth-about-extreme-planking

any exercise that i dont add weight evert 1 or 2 weeks.
Shit i fell like i dont gain muscle

Those are some odd my favorites. I fucking love bent over rows. The position makes it very easy for me to achieve mind body connection and engage the lats, rhomboids, and anterior delts. If you hate doing them with a barbell, try dumbbells.

Also love OHP. I move some bitch weight, but I'm not self-conscious about it. I enjoy the challenge and love how big I look and feel doing them.

>menshealth.com/fitness/truth-about-extreme-planking
holy fuck that is a bad article
>don't plank for longer than 2 mins because all you are doing is planking longer than 2 mins

I love OHP too, it always feels really good in the top position like a good stretch even if it is bitch weight

Back squats
Bench press
Curls
Any ab isolation exercise

Power cleans are heavier on your traps than deadlifts. They're also more useful than shrugs.
